T3 is excited to welcome one of its recent hires: Victor Desnoyers!

Victor graduated from Howard University in 2023. He has previously worked with Geotechnical and Construction engineering firms before he decided on pursuing a career in transportation design. Victor is currently studying to complete the FE to continue his professional development in transportation engineering. He started with us as an Engineer I in July 2023. Our Engineer I’s use their problem-solving skills to determine and design solutions to real-world transportation issues and under the direction and supervision of a Project Manager, provide technical support in the planning, development and design of transportation projects.

While not at T3, Victor he enjoys cooking, playing video games, and going to the gym.
