On July 15, 2017, T3 President, Amy Morris, P.E., was elected to the Board of Directors for the Virginia Transportation Construction Alliance (VTCA). She will serve a two-year term on the board while she continues to serve the last year of her three-year term on the VTCA Engineering Council Leadership Committee (ECLC). Installation of new officers was conducted at the VTCA Annual Meeting at the Omni Homestead Resort in Hot Spring, Virginia.
Elected by the membership, the VTCA Executive Council and Board of Directors govern the Alliance. Sound fiscal management, strategic program planning and membership services are priorities for the Board. Amy joins 20 other leaders in the engineering, construction, and aggregate industry.
