Congratulations to Eduardo Pineda for becoming a P.E.

Eduardo Pineda is another young engineer at T3 Design Corporation, who added P.E. to his signature. Becoming licensed is one of the greatest milestones for engineers and Ed is now proud to receive his professional engineering license and join the P.E. Community.

Ed received a Bachelor of Science Degree from George Mason University in 2016 and has been at T3 Design since March 2017. He works with our design team and is becoming our lighting design expert in addition to being one of the top traffic signal designers.

T3 Design is excited to welcome Erin Donovan, P.E. as Director of Engineering to lead our growing transportation engineering practice. Erin will be responsible for guiding the firm’s strategic vision, expanding our network of clients and service offerings, as well as overseeing and developing the project management team.

Erin brings a proven track record with over 20 years of experience on a variety of transportation and land development projects serving both the public and private sectors, utilizing a variety of delivery methods including design build and public private partnerships (P3). She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Catholic University of America and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic and State University.

Erin is a natural fit to lead the T3 engineering team, based on shared values of client relationships, quality, integrity, and service. She has a positive reputation in the industry and is well trusted by peers and clients alike. She has been recognized as an ENR Mid-Atlantic Region Top 20 under 40 and serves in leadership positions at many professional organizations such as Transportation Research Board and Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS).

Leonard “Lenny” Barden, P.E., Graduates from Leadership Fairfax: Emerging Leaders Institute

On June 12, 2019, Leonard “Lenny” Barden, P.E., graduated from the Emerging Leaders Institute; a program under Leadership Fairfax organization. The commencement ceremony took place at the Reston Town Center Pavilion in Reston, Virginia.

Lenny is the second T3 employee to graduate from this program. He joined 24 other class members from the business, nonprofit, and government sectors throughout Northern Virginia to receive a diploma commemorating the completion of the 10-month program.

The Emerging Leaders Institute is targeted toward young professionals from Northern Virginia area and requires a time commitment of one full work day per month for 10 months. The program is intended to develop skills in leadership and public speaking, while engaging with a small group of peers and coaches to focus on community service, as well as personal and professional growth.

T3 congratulates Lenny for completing this prestigious program that demonstrates his commitment to his own personal development that positively impacts both his community and his career.
