Employee development is fundamental to T3’s core beliefs. As part of our program we offer employee tuition assistance, training opportunities, monthly lunch-and-learn program and mentoring. We encourage the development of individual leadership skills, with internal and external training opportunities. Recently, 12 staff members participated in a company-sponsored training program to fulfill the classroom requirements toward the Project Management Professional certification.

T3 provides funding for obtaining and maintaining professional licenses. We also support our employees’ memberships in professional societies and associations, as well as their attendance at trade-related conferences.
