T3 Design, P.C. officially began operations in July 2006, with Ms. Patricia Timbrook, P.E., PTOE, as President and quickly expanding operations to Richmond, Virginia in August 2006 with the hiring of Mr. Timothy White, P.E., PTOE. Tim, a Vice President of the firm, joined Pat, Amy Morris, P.E., PTOE (Director of Engineering), and Leslie Prokop (Vice President of Business Development) to form the newest women-owned traffic engineering and transportation planning consulting business in Virginia. The firm's headquarters is located in downtown Fairfax, Virginia on Old Lee Highway. The firm is a certified Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) with certifications from Virginia Department of Transportation, Maryland Department of Transportation, Washington Metropolitan Airport Authority and states/agencies in the Mid-Atlantic region.
